For help with subscriptions, restore purchases, AI generation, or privacy questions, email us. Include your device model, iOS version, and app version if possible.

Subscriptions (iOS). Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Use Restore on the in-app paywall if you already purchased on this Apple ID.
About Hairly
Hairly lets you try on new hairstyles and hair colors using Explore templates or your own prompts, right on your own photo. Generated images are saved in your on-device Studio gallery.
- Explore templates and custom text-to-image flows
- Explicit in-app consent before photos are sent for AI processing
